Can I get my data out?
All of it, whenever you want, as CSV or JSON, without asking us — checks, incidents, response times, the lot. The export you get on the way out is the same one you get while you are staying.
Why per monitor and not per seat?
Because seat pricing charges you for letting your team see what they need to see, and then you ration logins and somebody misses an incident. Invite the whole company; the price does not move.
How quickly will it tell me?
Thirty seconds between checks on the paid plans, and an alert after two consecutive failures by default. So typically inside ninety seconds, to the person actually on call.
What about false alarms?
The defaults are deliberately insensitive: two failures thirty seconds apart, from two different regions, before anybody is woken. You can make it twitchier and most people never do.
Is there a free plan or just a trial?
Both. Fourteen days of a paid plan with no card, and a genuinely free tier of three monitors afterwards that does not expire.
